"This has been my go-to nail spot for YEARS! However, after my most recent experience, I will never be going again. While my nails were drying, I paid for my pedicure. I paid with card and asked to leave a specific dollar amount of tip like I usually do. She gave me back my card with the receipt turned down. As I was getting my belongings together, I looked at the receipt and noticed she DOUBLED her tip amount (aka giving herself an almost 40% tip)!! When I tried to wave her down, it appeared like she was trying to avoid me. I am in shock that this happened. There is absolutely no way this was an accident. Luckily I realized this and got the situation addressed, but I hope this isn’t being done to others! Please please remember to look at your receipts before leaving! Or avoid this place all together."

"Tonight marks the second time they made me bleed with no apology/acknowledgement. Don’t let them cut your cuticles. Outside of the bleeding experiences, the staff is rude in general. Aggressively hostile. It’s cheap so it’s tempting to go there but tonight was unfortunately my last time."

"Did regular pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was good. Right before manicure they asked that I pay. I tipped 12% on $51 total, and I guess that wasn’t enough because the manicure was VERY poorly done. The woman basically decided she didn’t care, didn’t do enough coats, painted the sides of my fingers, etc. It was petty and unprofessional."

"Stopped by for a walk-in appointment on a Friday night, and overall had a good experience. They did a great job painting my nails and doing a hand massage, it was also a very affordable price for regular crème polish. The spa accepts credit and cash too, which is convenient. I guess my only complaint is that when I came into the store, all the staff (and every single customer who was there) looked over at me and my friend with a confused expression, making me confused, and nobody came up to the front desk to help us out. Instead, the person who was seated closest to the front door kind of loudly asked what we wanted from their table. So that wasn’t a great first impression but I think the rest of my visit was fine."

"This place is very big and looks clean. My man/pedi felt rushed, and my nail technician had good hands massaging, but was a bit rough in general. I will try them again, but th customer service is not particularly great."
