"They do not sanitize their tools between clients and the work stations aren’t clean. The owner isn’t nice and respectful towards the workers. The owner is also cheap and cuts corners when it comes to sanitation. Cheap, yes… but not worth saving a few bucks."

"I have gone sporadically to Kim’s and granted it’s not my go to salon. I prefer Lusso or Joinus or Madison Hill. They had me wait 20 mins for a pedicure after reassuring me that they could take me. Then a blond woman walked in with 3 girls and the Korean lady said to start on her before me. Neither of us had an appointment. It’s racist. Im Korean… and the worker seemed to cater to the blond lady as that’s the majority around here. Will NEVER come back again and you should not either… Awful business"
