"Prices aren’t very transparent (they’ll offer a range online like 45-70 and it’s unclear how you fall within it) and even though they offer it online - it doesn’t seem like everyone has frequent experience with men’s haircuts. I had longer hair so my cut was generally fine but my sideburns were forgotten about even after I asked them to be done. I had a meeting after so I had to rush out and didn’t really take a final look until later that evening. I did call and they offered to fix it but I opted to do it myself as they wouldn’t be able to see me until the next day because the stylist had left for the day - sort of gives me the impression that I was rushed out to begin with. Overall top cut was fine but no neck shave or sideburn touch up so lacking overall professional finish which wasn’t really worth going all the way back for. If you’re a new customer looking for a reliable men’s haircut you may want to consider other options. I had a great experience at ZANA around the corner for about the same price, they just didn’t have appointments. To be fair I asked for I asked for a same day appointment - come in a rush get treated in a rush, I guess, but not great for customer acquisition. If you are looking for a women’s haircut I think you are more than ok here as the same issues I had shouldn’t apply with longer hair or more traditional cuts. Either way I’d be cautious of the general attention to detail and double check your cut. I’m sure they’d be totally fine with accommodating"

"My wife had an appointment with a senior hair stylist for a hair cut. The hair cut was the worst ever, her hair was chopped so short and all unevenly cut. They then tried to fix it with hair styling products, which did not help. She was charged almost 100 dollars for a job horribly done!!"
