"Worst place! Lazy staff and useless owner. Went in for my root touch up and they sent me back home without checking. The Color did not take to my hair and they refused to refund me! Called them multiple times and tried reaching out multiple times until they told me that even though I live far away and can’t come back they wouldn’t refund me. Refused to FaceTime or find any resolution! Don’t bother wasting your time here."

"The only reason I am giving one star is that the hair colorist was hard working. She did her job as best as she was directed to. I got high lights and balayage and the outcome was horrendous. I emphasized the fact that I had a wedding coming up hence why I wanted something subtle not too drastic and showed multiple pictures, but I was still left with a botched job and my hair looking so streaky... I waited a week to let my hair set in and called back because everyone told me how horrible it looked and asked them to please just fix the mistake and give me one color. I assumed they would not charge given it was their mistake yet alas they did. I paid in total $515 for my sister and me to get nothing for it to go back to its original state.. to get our hair damaged that's about it. So disappointed with the service here. Would not recommend anyone to go."

"I travel all the way from Hoboken to use Salon Capelli because they do such an amazing job. I love the natural color they give me for highlights and I always get compliments on my hair. Mostly, I use Lori because I have liked her cuts the best, but I also really love Sandy and Carmella. My whole family (2 sisters, Mom, Aunt and cousins- from 24 years to 70+) rave about Salon Capelli. They are really reasonably priced as well, which is nice (if I went to a Salon in Hoboken it would be twice the price and half the job). Definitely the best cut / color in New Jersey !!!!!!!"
