"I don’t typically write a review but today I had the worst manicure I’ve ever had. First off they were aggravated that I didn’t want a gel or powder manicure- just a regular manicure. Finally someone helped me and did my manicure in about 10 minutes- barely filled, misshaped my nails, and then rushed to paint them. He made sure I paid before he painted, and then once finished told me that they didn’t gave a dryer for my nails. Told me I could sit there until they dried or use the gel light which does nothing. Horrible experience."

"Today I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had with Wendy. I had an injury with my big toe, she was patient, gentle and understanding. My toe nails were cut and filed perfectly. My feet feel and look fantastic. Thank you Wendy! You now have a big fan!"

"Sat waiting for 20 minutes sat down finally was taken half way thru doing my nails she had stopped and took someone else. Keep in mind I’ve already been here an hour now. The last time I came for a full set three weeks ago I was here for maybe 30 mins. Why is it that it takes an hour and a half for a fill. Why are we allowing other people to get their nails painted during someone else’s fill."

"I really never write google reviews but I was honestly so disappointed this time that I had to write one. I’ve been coming to top nail for over 5 years. Until the last two visits I have never had a problem. This most recently, I went in for a full set to treat myself. My job doesn’t allow me to have acrylics so I get them very rarely. I decided on a French tip, and the owner asked me to pick a color. When the nail technician came up to me, I asked if instead of white, we could use an iridescent I had chosen. I sat down and we got started, first red flag for me was not asking what shape I wanted. She immediately made them square. Granted that’s what I wanted so I didn’t say anything but usually they ask. Then she got to filing. She filed my nails down well, but as soon as we got to polish, that’s where things went wrong. I noticed some of the nails were crooked or longer than what I asked for, the pink that she applied was super thin so you could see where the artificial nail started, the tips were uneven, and with just the iridescent color, it didn’t look like a French manicure ( I should’ve asked for white with iridescent). On top of all the issues, I was charged 70 dollars, which I thought was very steep. Overall, a really disappointing experience and I wasted 70 dollars on nails that I had to take off that night due to the pain I felt. I don’t like confrontation but I also don’t want a refund, if they can fix them, I will gladly edit the review."
