"I just have to rave about Emilie at Bomba Salon and Spa! Hair and hair health are staples in the Dominican culture. Since we're little girls the women in our family are on us about the importance of maintaining healthy hair and teaching us all about hair! We're also very picky on who does it because it's all about the vibes and energy of the hair stylist! IG: @modern.haircraft is truly a hair goddess! I can't say enough good things! The products she uses are top tier , the way she cuts my hair?! incredible!! Before going to Emilie I barely use to keep up with my haircuts because it was frustrating to pay for something I wasn't happy with. My curls lost bounce , shine and pattern.. I tried many hair salons in the 845 , high end salons in the city , curly cuts , Dominican hair salons and no matter where I went my hair just wasn't healthy.. I love it here. "Before Dominique built this salon I’ve been her customer for about 10 years now. The magnificent work she put into this place is inspiring. Each time I come in I walk out feeling like a bombshell. The staff is always super pleasant, the salon is always thoroughly clean, modern and so tastefully well decorated and can’t forget about beautiful Eve the doggy making everyone’s day. There’s never a wait, it’s doesn’t take a professional to notice in Bomba salon the quality of products is excellent and not to mention as many times as I’ve gotten my hair done my hair is very healthy even still after each and every time. From my own experience even the rest of the staff is so pleasant and professional, just makes the experience that much more worth it. The excitement of getting dolled up, due to their smiles and positive presence makes you even more excited than you came in. I love bomba. Thank you for always making me feel like a bombshell ❤️."
