"Called at 4:45 to ask if there was time for a kids cut. Guy said he had 3 people waiting but we could come. Got here 4:58 & there is 1 guy in the chair, no one else in the shop w the door locked. I knock on door he says he closed down cuz he’s doing a cut at the moment & has “someone on the way” I asked if that someone was me cuz I called for the kids cut. He says no but it’s fine I’ll do it. I said no thanks & left. Guy clearly didn’t want to do it & had somewhere to be. Why advertise u close at 6 if you’re gunna close an hour early. Next time if u don’t wanna do it just say no on the phone instead of wasting peoples time"
