"i really wish i could capture how they actually look in person. first, i asked for a certain shape (tapered square) im sure all my nail lovers know the difference between regular square and tapered. they did not do as i asked. nor did they try to understand the difference. (i did try my best explaining) second, she put one of the nails on completely and noticibly crooked (middle finger left hand). I then proceeded to kindly ask her if she could fix it (twice) and change it because it wasn’t straight. she did not do that. she just told me it’d be fine after filing. now she did file it, and it did do a little something, but you can still totally tell it’s crooked. everything else was going well until she got to painting the heart cherries. they were done very sloppily and so were the stems while putting the top coat on, she didn’t even make sure the nail had been covered completely. you can see in one pic where the top coat ends on the side. very sloppy. there was no shaping or buffing at all. my nails turned out very bumpy and the corners are very dull as well. on my thumb she used a bigger gem, different from all the other fingers. the gems have already started to come off. i DID have a reference picture up for them the entirety of the appointment. this was done on june 1st and i am writing this on june 3rd. i would not recommend coming here not to mention i saw one of the people there shamelessly picking their nose in the back, they did not go to the bathroom for the remaining time i was there."

"Was extremely disappointed with my pedicure. Literally was in the chair for 15 minutes! My 8 year old could have painted my nails better! Place was disgusting and employees looked like they just rolled out of bed! Terrible customer service, felt as if I was holding them up! Filed nails, painted and right outside to smoke! Don't waste your time or money! Yuck! Not even worth 1 star!"

"They took me as a walk in after originally saying no, and I am not dissapointed. It was quiet , and mostly clean. I even asked for a change in color because I didn’t love the first one I picked out with no problem she gave me options. They’re short and square just how I wanted. I will definitely be back and make an appointment next time :)"
