"With all of the incredible reviews, I really thought I would be in good hands at this Salon. I recently moved to the area, and was looking for a new colorist. I saw Stefany, and felt she did a really good job from her photos on Insta. I was asked to come in for a consultation, which I was happy to do. I was not told beforehand that I would have to pay $100 as a deposit or that I would have to pay a non-refundable $25 fee for the consultation, which took all of five minutes. I have never encountered that before. About a week later, I went for my highlights, glaze, haircut, and blowout. It was extremely expensive, and I was never offered anything such as water or coffee, or asked if I needed anything. No one cared if I was comfortable or not or even spoke to me. The entire staff took lunch in a back room, and I was left by myself in the front of the salon while I was processing. There was absolutely no banter, personal conversation, or anything else to make me feel comfortable in the salon. The end product was just okay, and nothing special. I did not walk out of the salon, feeling beautiful, which is always how one wants to feel when they get an expensive beauty treatment. I will never go back, and I feel it was a very negative experience for a salon that has such amazing reviews. I felt it was important to put my experience out there because some of us want to feel like we matter as a customer. For those of you that enjoy a personable stylist, this is not the place to go. Very disappointing."

Everyone is so nice and talented! And I KNOW they are always improving themselves which is phenomenal!
