"I had a commercial policy with select solutions for over 10 years. They were competent and followed up with emails and documents in a timely manner. Bolt took over some, if not all. of their customers. I have had an absolutely abysmal experience with Bolt. I ended up finding a different carrie, and have Been waiting on a refund from Bolt for months. Their customers service agents are polite, and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend Bolt if you have any interest in getting a response from them. I can't imagine if there was actually a claim."
