"I found Moe by the great reviews his has on Google. Like others have said he is a great barber and artist. However he is not good at communicating when he's not on time. I'd been seeing him on weekly basis, consistently, for the past few months even referring him to friends. On a few occasions he would run late (which is expected to a point) but he'd never let me know. I am talking about 20-3mins late! Had a nice chat with him and we seem to work out the communication. Recently I had a 530pm appointment and there was someone in the chair until 550pm. I assumed I was next and he said "no no I have TWO other heads in front of you". I did not have a whole hour to wait and I had an event so I left and what's worse is he never apologized. I thought he'd reach out so I contacted him and he never replied. Sucks because it's so hard to find a good professional barber who values their clients. A lil humility goes a long way."
