"Very disappointed in my most recent visit. I was very clear in telling Boris that I only needed a clean up and shave, must have said it at least 5 times. His greediness made him ignore that and he proceeded to do what he wanted as opposed to what I specifically asked for. I’ve been going here for years and will now need to find a new barber because of his unacceptable behavior."
