"First visit to this store from Chicago. The staff here are so nice and professional. They don’t bother you and are ready to help if you have any questions. The store is clean and kept up. There’s a wide selection of boots that I doubt people in nyc even use because they are more into boots for style. But hey! That’s me! I’m people."

"Bad experience with their shoes -- very uncomfortable. I bought a pair of iron rangers in the store that seemed "fine" in the store but once I actually wore them they were extremely uncomfortable and hurt my feet. I called the store who told me to essentially "pound sand". Was not satisfied and would not come back. EDIT: Heather from Corporate was able to resolve my issue so I am revising my review. Heather was super pleasant and helpful, thank you Heather!!"

"I purchased the irish setter boot in late august....worked no more than 10 days work (bricklayer)so i got holes in both boots..store ain't doin zero 4 me! So they were the irish setter boots and i find out those boots are made in china Red wing used 2 stand behind there product....i won't pay $300 for boots that are poorly made!!and the salesman or lady was nasty ss well"

"They didn't have my size/color available in store, but the sales associate AP was so helpful in getting me my perfect fit! I was able to have my feet scanned, try on several models in different widths, all combined with different insoles. He explained to me thoroughly the differences between everything and helped me understand what I needed in my boots. Even though I didn't make a purchase today, I left knowing exactly what I need to order online! Couldn't have been a better experience!"
