"Excellent food and great service"

"For vibes and atmosphere and the energy and warm smile of the man behind the counter, it’s 5 stars. But the food — at least the night I went — was, quite simply, boring, bland, and basking in mediocrity. Every dish we ordered was clearly missing a healthy dosing of salt. The green hot sauce is tasty and definitely helped, but it lacks any real depth of flavor and is so thin & watery that it was easy to forget it was even there. The tortilla chips were delicious and hand-fried to order (these were unsalted, I prefer either orientation). But the rest of the meal tasted like nothing that I couldn’t make at home. At least I would remember to season my meal. I can’t speak to the authenticity of the food because I don’t know all the intricacies and intimacies of different styles of Mexican cooking and cuisine. But for my palette and for my money, I would much rather go somewhere — anywhere — else."

"Love, Love Pancho's. Zero pretentiousness, friendly staff. The star of the show is the food. Every dish is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that burst with flavor in every bite. I particularly love the overstuffed tacos, which are filled with generously portioned meats that are perfectly seasoned. And if you're in the mood for something a little more substantial, the entrees are just as delicious. And the prices are more than fair for the quality of the food you're getting, especially when compared to some of the overpriced chains in the area."
