Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I went yesterday around 7:30 PM (01/26) and was served by Carlos. He was not welcoming at all, didn't smile, and it was evident that he didn't want to work. On top of that, he poorly distributed the ingredients in my burrito, leaving one side cold and the other hot. Also, when I opened the packet, it was completely split in two, making it inedible. What a shame."

"Is this Burrito or open Burrito. Very hard to eat. I asked the lady to double wrap still she did worst job in wrapping. When I asked to do correctly she said it’s just liquid. How am I supposed to eat this?"

"The manager does really need to train associates better to not to gossip about customer in Spanish in their face, maybe this guy and girl think I don’t understand Spanish but I actually do , especially this girl does really need to get her attitude right , put your freaking attitude away and shut your gossipy mouth. Next time I’ll make sure to get their names so I can report them to chipotle cooperate office."

"It makes me sad that this Chipotle outlet, which has been extremely well-run for years, and hired really good and friendly staff, has gone so downhill. The last couple of times we visited the service was slow, nobody knew how to wrap a burrito properly, the countertops were dirty, the garbage cans were overflowing, and nobody wiped down the tables when guests left (we did it ourselves). It's obvious that there's no competent management running this store. I hope that changes soon, as I have enjoyed visiting for over a decade."
