"The man at the pick-up station is the best!!! I’ve been here many times but only have ordered ahead on the app, and he’s always the one who makes my food. The bowls he makes are perfect."

"This chipotle is more expensive than all the others and quite frankly at this point I will no longer go back due to the manager. I told the manager that me and my coworkers got tiny portions on our bowls . The manager replied to me like I was asking for a hand out and said " I'm sorry to hear about this " and turned his attention away from me in a very rude manner . I got a third of a bowl as a portion. This chipotle is giving half a spoon of rice and half a spoon on beans! Very cheap ingredients , there is no reason why this chipotle should be reducing portions to this extreme .love chipotle but the management on this store has to be improved!"

"I’m local, and I come to this Chipotle twice a week or so, and I have had an amazing experience so far. Some people in the staff go out of their way to help me, except for the newest addition to the staff team—an African American gentleman with a beard (unsure of his name). He acts rudely towards me and other people I have observed, to the point that he refused to make my order tonight. Hence, why I am spending time to write this review."

"I’m unsure who is the management but the people working here lack customer service skills. If they are to get a job that includes talking to customers and they don’t like talking to people then this job is not for them. It’s 9:10 pm and they stated they don’t have certain items because they don’t want to use whatever they have prepped. This store closes at 10pm. There is one employee who told the customer before me not to get the brown rice because it’s hard. I followed suit and he stated that there is no rice. Presentation is horrendous and they have a dirty store."
