"Diana would not let me lay back and relax while doing my hair, she made me hold a heavy mirror. She made sure I was not comfortable. I would recommend going to Tori Did That. She used only 2 products and did my hair in 2 sections and she added water to her hair products. She mentioned over 4 products but then washed them iff her hands because I didn't purchase them at home before coming to her appointment. (I mad sure to return them back to the store afterwards.) She cut my hair while it was matted, and dirty and says she doesn't do wet hair cuts. My hair has random strings of hair hanging down now especially on the side she thought was shorter, but I just sleep on that side. She charged me $37 extra for the cut with the matted hair get in it. She pulled through sections and said that my curls were laying natural already. She sat me under the dryer then decided to diffuse my ends. In the end she made me walk out with soaking wet scalp and told me that I need to air dry. The room was like very cold. My head was cold and I was once again very uncomfortable. (she couldn't make her mind up about anything. She also wouldn't add any oil to hold moisture in my hair as she kept adding water to my hair and then she wiped off the watered down products with a cheese goat cloth.)"

"Came here for the first time before thanksgiving for a hair cut. My wife loved it, and I can’t remember the last time family members complement my hair cut so many times. Came back for the second time today to see Jay again and I am extremely pleased again, and my wife’s smile when I walked in the door said it all.
