"first time customer. completely off shape and design. Requested ballerina shape with white and pink Ombre with pixie dust and rhinestones on my ring finger nail and pinky. which was exactly the same design i had on my nail from the previous salon. i wasn't expecting it to come out exactly the same so i didn't mind getting a whole new full set. however, the shape was fat, thick square and the surface was bumpy. she only used dipped powder to create Ombre which took almost 2hrs just to create Ombre and she wasn't even done filling or buffing yet. was charged for acrylic full set price but did not used acrylic powder at all.. (thought acrylic and dippowder was different) lady was nice and i figured she just didnt have the skills. hate to give a low rate because nail salons are really depending on the nail tech you get but just wish they were able to figured out she didnt have the skills before we started my nail knowing what i was asking for because i had to speak to several nail tech in there since my nail tech couldnt speak english. i wont be back."

"Won’t be coming back here! I went the first time and not knowing much about nails I just asked for acrylic since I would be going back for refills. Anna took it upon herself to do dip, found out from a different nail salon you cant refill dip and they will need to remove every time! (Expensive!) They were chunky and deformed since she rushed through them because her other customer was there. Schedule another appointment and surprise I got Anna again, I decided to give it another shot since my other shop was closed and I was just doing color change (I had no choice). My nails are streaky, misshapen lumpy and crooked since she did some filing. She didn’t even look at me and was trying to rush me out because her other customer was already there. I recommended POP OF NAILS in Williamstown!!!! They are perfectionist and way better priced than this place!"

"I took my 14 year old daughter here tonight to get a full set which I booked online a week prior which online says is $45. We showed up 10 minutes early and they took her immediately, she showed the tech Nancy what she wanted and she started, she did a great job don't get me wrong however when we go to pay it's $70. I asked how it was $70 - she said $50 for the dip acrylic, $10 for the shape, and $10 for the design. I said okay did she ask for dip and she said no, it was the color In the picture. I let her know that I was a little upset that I sat behind her the entire time of the appointment and not once did she mention that anything would be extra. Listen I get this is an art, I know I'm paying for their time but that's a significant jump. She didn't even give us the option to pick a non dip color or tell us that the "shape" will be extra - it's literally shaping the nail, I thought that was part of the "full set". So yes at the end of the day she did a good job but it was a rip off - they added over $25 to the original booking price plus a tip of course for her time it cost me $80 when I was walking in thinking $60 at the most. Communication is huge and they are lacking here, we will not be going back. make sure you ask with everything if it will be more because you may end up getting a $100 bill!"

"I always get DIP nails by Long. Everyone, is good there. I just like Long the best. I let him try any different design. Once he did glow in the dark nails it was so cool. The nails in this picture are ombré dip. They make your nails grow fast and thicker. These also last 3-4 weeks."
