"this place is normally amazing, but this time around it was absolutely horrendous. Two of my actual finger nails we’re basically ripped off when i went in for a refill, i was told she would take them off meaning soak off for what i thought but i was wrong they we’re basically ripped off my nails because they were still on. for two nails to be fixed due to them falling off and a solid white color it was $55 other places i’ve went to it was $35-$40 at the max not this place. around a week later two of my fingers filled with pus and we’re infected ( had to go to an urgent care to get it checked out) i was told that they nail had to be removed. I went back and simply asked for my money back because the nails absolutely suck! they chipped in days, they hurt like living hell to put them on. and due to this my nail is cracked down the middle and the man that was there kept telling me to shh with his finger over his mouth like i was 7.. and kept saying please shhh, shhh, shhh. very unprofessional. i have also been going to this place for many years but this is where i draw my line and say that my experience here was absolutely horrible. Also to top this off the one lady who’s the owner sneezed in her hand didn’t wash it didn’t put hand sanitizer or anything on."

"Worst manicure I've ever had. I came in asked for clear polish. She used bubble gum. I pointed out that I didnt want pink before she started bc i read the bottle on the desk. She did not change the bottle, she just started painting. None of my nails are filed evenly. Some are round, some are square and some don't even have an actual shape. I recently moved to the area so I was trying to find a nail salon close to home. I'm willing to drive further to not have the same experience. I tried to take a good picture for example but it didn't work out well. Zoom in, if you can"

"Well, this place was terrible. Stopped in for a set and ombre for my daughter and I. It was 2 hours before closing, and the place was empty minus one person that was finishing up and like 5 ppl were standing around. This man came up to me and was like, "NO, we don't have time for you." Was super rude, and I was getting dirty looks from some older lady in there. Can't say anything about the quality of the nails bc obviously I didn't get them, don't. Super rude. Wouldn't waste your time."

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went there this morning to get off my gel pedicure. There weren’t any signs that said a minimum amount to use my card to pay. It came to $10. I tried to give the man a $5 cash tip and put $10 on the card for the service. He said no because it’s not the minimum. He already did the service so I couldn’t just leave. They sold me a dusty $18 lotion (which is $13 on Amazon). The lady picking out the lotions with me was in a rush and didn’t let me take my time to pick one out. The place isn’t as clean as other salons so I never go here but it was convenient for me to go here today. We live in an area with many nail salons … please choose another place!"

"Deserves 0 stars. This salon has the absolute worst technicians and system I have ever seen. They were rude and rushed the acrylic nail service I asked for for my school's formal Prom, resulting in straight, unsupported nails that overflow my cuticle nail bed. On top of this, the accent nails are lumpy and the female technician was extremely careless with the mechanical nail drill and cut into my flesh and did not even disinfect it or apologize afterwards. Another outside male technician had a nasty attitude when my mother and I came back the next day informing them and played the victim after they refused to apologize, again, for their poor work. There was passiveness and aggression that was not acceptable and for that I will never EVER return to this salon and will inform others of their lack of experience in their business and characters."
