"A cluttered and disordered environment The store was an absolute mess. Upon entering the home section, it became apparent that the shelves were overstocked to an excessive extent. This overcrowding made it exceedingly difficult for customers to pull out any desired item without fearing that the surrounding objects might come tumbling down, resulting in breakage and potential injury. Furthermore, to exacerbate matters, boxes were carelessly strewn across the floor, presenting a hazardous obstacle course for shoppers to navigate through. This is particularly concerning in light of the fact that the aisles themselves are quite narrow, leaving little room for maneuverability. The lack of organization and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff is disappointing and worrisome. It not only poses a risk to customers, but also reflects poorly on the store's commitment to providing a safe and pleasant shopping experience."
"It’s unbelievable. “We are doing our best” they say. Look at this line! I just wanted to return the item but no chances, no cashier for this, the same line for everybody. Longer than at the airport in rush hour. I spent 35 minutes to get here and left coz it’s too much. Very bad service. Very poor management. Shame. If you appreciate your time don’t go to this store."
"The best time of year to shop Marshalls is between the middle of October to the middle of January. This is when they load the place with holiday items to decorate your place with tons of items you never knew existed. Great for last minute gifts! Always crowded but they have plenty of staff to move the checkout line quickly."
