"Amazing place highly highly highly recommend. The ambiance is so calming and everyone is so attentive and sweet. Sayu was my stylist and did an incredible job of understanding exactly what it was that I was looking for. I have fine curly hair and went for a chop but with fine curly hair it can be a bit tough to get the right shape. She styled my hair as I would style it naturally, rather than your typical straight blow dry so I was able to see exactly what it would look like once I washed and styled it myself. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated."

"I left worst than when I entered, my ends were fried, and the back of my hair is orange. No mask or K18 will save my ends. I came in for a toning appointment and left with burnt hair. You charged me for medium toning, covered all of my highlights, my mistake was trusting you. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. I was also asked how I wanted to tip..which I was going to do anyway but I don't think putting me on the spot was necessary."

"I can only rate up to five stars but Mariah deserves a million. My hair was in desperate need of a refresh. My previous blonde balayage was looking rough with several inches of dark brown root growth and Mariah blew my expectations away. She was attentive, precise, and creative in her work to fulfill my perfect neutral blonde dreams. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had better color. My dark roots disappeared into intricately woven dimensional hues that look completely natural. I just can’t believe this hair is on my head. Mariah is an expert colorist and I’ll be seeing her from now on only. Bonus is that the salon is gorgeous and everyone that works there is just wonderful. This is the perfect neighborhood spot that everyone should try out. This is a Greenpoint gem!"
