"Don’t go here! I wanted ashy/cool blond highlights and ended up with chunky orange and brassy highlights. I was very clear with Lydia that my hair gets bleached really fast and she still proceeded to leave it on until my hair was way too processed and my scalp still hasn’t stopped burning. I went for another consultation at a different salon today and they agreed that the color, consistency, and width of the highlights were unacceptable. @Vlad I want my money back."

She recommended that I get a balayage treatment (my first!) and it is exactly what I didn’t even know what I needed.
