Not only was she gentle she was attentive and you can tell she absolutely loves her job, Carlene did a wonderful job of cutting it exactly how I wanted & the color?!? Amazing! If you’re nervous about seeing a hairstylist choose her, she walked me through the process and explained everything plus showed me exactly how much she cut off before she continued.
