"I did brow lamination at this place 2 months ago. The lady took 1.5 hour doing it and added too much product on my eyebrows (claiming the hair is thick). After the process, my eyebrows weren’t the same, she brushed one of the eyebrows too high. When i asked for a tint (I did brow lamination 2 times before at two different places and both did a tint and gave me an oil to maintain the eyebrow) she said she doesn’t do it but would do it for me after i told her they don’t look the same. And didn’t give me an oil to maintain them saying it’s not needed and i can put any oil. It’s been 2 months and i still feel my eyebrows are rough from the amount of product she put that they started falling apart. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who wants to do a lamination."

"Worst experience with threading ever. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 20 years. Decided to try this place out since it’s closer to me than my normal and the reviews were good. First off the pain I felt was like never before and secondly my eyebrows are now two different shapes and MUCH thinner. I asked for cleanup. She knew she messed up and said to me before I even looked with some makeup they will look great. NEVER AGAIN."
