"I came to Ms. Simone in a complete panic, needing a closure pretty much in the next 24 hours. Let me also say, I am not well versed in the all the hair lingo, but thanks to Ms. Simone I now know about micro links, double wefts, and the difference between a 4x4 closure and a 5x5. While she did not have what I needed, she immediately made a phone call to ensure I could get what I needed and in a timely manner. To further add to my satisfaction, she offered to hand deliver it to my hair dresser if need be, for a small delivery fee. if you are like me, I don't mind paying for such conveniences when I need them. Fortunately, I was able to make it to her on time to pick up the product. Customer service will make or break a buying experience and I can say her customer service was appreciable."
