"I've never experienced such a wonderful staff at the Hair Chalet and the shop is so clean every time I enter! Kathy, the owner, always greet customers with a big smile and make you feel like family! Jean, my stylist, is the best! Our conversations are always pleasant and she keeps me laughing! She listens to each customer and will make sure you're satisfied. I nicknamed her the "Hair Magician" because she preforms magic on my hair! She will adjust her schedule to accommodate her customers. "It took 5 hours to get my hair done. I had an appointment and when I arrived the stylist had someone else in her chair. I feel like the style I got was basic and shouldn’t have been an all night thing. This was the night before my birthday and I feel like my time was wasted. My hair came out fine, but she definitely used too much wax. My hair has a slick feeling that I don’t like. For how much I paid, it didn’t feel like a relaxing experience. Something else that bothered me was that when I arrived she immediately started a hair treatment so then I felt like I couldn’t leave because the service had started."
