"Worst worst place if I can give them 0 stars I would. Place gets ridiculous pack, they schedule so many patients more then what they can handle , waiting is more then 3 hours literally and then they try to charge you $50 fee for cancellation smh They need to learn how to organize themselves before scheduling so many patients and then telling parents reschedule if you don’t want to wait."

"I would give this place negative stars if I could. The staff is nice, but the dentist is horrible. My kid needed 2 fillings and a root canal. All appointments are handled by only one Dr who comes in maybe 1 time a week. After a week, my kid’s fillings came out When we went to a new dentist, the dentist that performed totally messed up the procedure and got too close to the nerve and other issues."

"My kids are happy with the staff and dentist. My son, who at 13, was terrified of dentist before going to Park Slope. You could not even get him to have the dentist perform a cleaning or x-ray. Now, 2 years in, I no longer have to go in with him. The dentist explains each step in the procedure, which reduces his anxiety and relaxes his mind. Our longest waiting time is usually under 10 minutes. Thumbs up for the friendly on overdue dental visits."

"Our family LOVES Park Slope Kids Dental Care!!! Dr. Francis and her team are some of the most professional, caring, and efficient medical caretakers that I’ve encountered as a parent. On a busy and hectic schedule day, the admin staff communicated efficiently, worked tirelessly to get through patients, and Dr. Francis and the dental assistants worked with smiles that we could see even through their masks!
