"It's a mixed bag here. I'm a male here and had a great haircut, felt like the stylist listened to what I wanted and left me happy. However, my girlfriend has curly hair and had it brushed dry (which is very damaging), asked for bangs and got only side bangs, and overall felt like she wasn't listened to."

"I asked for face framing pieces and left with very uneven hair. The face framing pieces are not at all blended into my hair"

"Asked for a trim, specifically said I like the long length I had just wanted the split ends off. First of all she nearly gave me a Bob, but also it is not remotely even. I got this haircut in hopes to start my healthy hair journey, but I guess I regressed. Gotta wait another two years! I am not a happy camper. Can’t wait for Christmas, will be asking for a wig."

"If I could give you zero stars I would , my husband came in tonight to get a hair cut and this very disrespectful hair stylist who had cut my husbands hair had said I was not allowed to sit here in the salon with him while he got his hair done. His name was Marshall , I have never had this issue when Snow cuts my husbands hair. Mind you I am severely pregnant and told I was not allowed to sit in here due to someone getting sued and I just looked at him and said sir I am pregnant and you expect me to sit where or would you rather me stand ? . I got up and said to my husband I’m not tipping him totally ruined my entire night I will never come back here after this awful remark unless Snow is here . Going forward watch how disrespectful these people here are."

"Very unhappy with the haircut I received on Saturday! She insisted on curling my hair and now that the curls fell out completely I see why! She completely butchered my hair! I can’t even fix it and now have to cut my hair short very upset considering the fact I’ve been growing it out and was just getting a trim with face frame and layers like I normally do! It’s hard to see in photos but it’s terrible (payed $50 plus a tip because the lady was nice) but obviously she didn’t know what she was doing Owner replied to this with unhelpful statement I will not be going back there and I will be sure to tell people to not go there !"
