"I do not recommend this salon. I made an appointment for knotless braids but when I got there I was informed that I needed to purchase the hair, a detail that should have been communicated beforehand. After waiting for about an hour, one stylist washed my hair and another began the braiding. Before starting she asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture of small knotless braids. However she tried to subtly convince me to go for larger braids claiming they would last longer. I personally have never heard of larger braids lasting longer. This gave me the impression that she just didn’t know how to do small knotless braids. And instead of admitting that, she continued to convince me otherwise. During the parting process, she accidentally spits on my face while talking and then left for about 15-20 minutes and when she came back she tells me she was “helping her aunt park her car”. I show her a picture of I wanted about 5 times. She begins braiding but very shortly after, a client arrives so she switches places with another braider so she could attend to the other client. that’s when I look in the mirror and notice that the one and only braid that she spent 20 minutes on was much bigger than I wanted. So I ask the other braider who was now working on my hair, if she could make them smaller. Despite showing pictures of my desired hairstyle multiple times, the results were not even close to the picture. The middle part was crooked, the braids were crooked and not nicely uniformed and I have way less braids than requested. The reviews are accurate they do not sanitize and lack cleanliness. I paid $180 for a hairstyle that didn’t match my preferences despite showing the style to two different braiders. The salon lacked entertainment, just them eating sloppily, talking loudly on their phones and amongst each other. Don’t bother wasting your money here."

"I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! the staff is super friendly and pleasant...I been going here for a few years now they are the only ones willing to braid my hair with my hair type being extra fine and thin...I highly recommend this spot !!!"

"I’ve keep on coming back to this salon for the past year now. Very neat and organized. But it’s very busy on some days here but it’s okay. The ladies here are very nice and peaceful. Very open with their culture and how they speak to one another. I’d recommend coming here!"
