"I have natural 4c hair , thick and full. I’ve been natural almost 3 years after receiving 2 blow outs during the school yr. My hair is RUINED they put perm products in their shampoo and conditioner with out my knowledge. I do not RECOMMEND EVER GOING HERE if you’re African American.This business should be shut down immediately!!!!Thinned my hair and destroyed my curl pattern"

"NEVER AGAIN‼️This salon put a relaxer in my hair without my knowledge & my hair has been falling out in clumps ever since. I got my hair done 2 weeks ago , every time I brush it or even take my hair tie out hair comes out with it. This is what fell out during my wash & this is not even all of it . My hair never sheds like this EVER & all I smell is chemicals even after my wash . DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"it was so bad. my niece went to go get a haircut and the lady said it was going to be $30 , when I came back to get her she said the price was $45, ok whatever that’s fine. when it was time to wash her hair, her hair was dead and no longer curly like it used to be not only that, she trimmmed her hair so badly it was chopped. do not recommend at all. they don’t have solid prices and they also don’t know how to treat or trim hair. would give a absolute 0 if I could."
