"Selma is a very good hair braider and I have been going to her for a long time. I had a appointment last week @9:30 am. She was not there by 10am. I tried calling her and her phone kept going to voice-mail. I called again @10:30 same thing. So I left and will never return again. Till this day she has never returned my call. Horrible customer service."
"Made an appointment for my boys to get cornrows. When I came in 10 minutes early, they acted like they had no idea about the appointment but said they could get them done. I left my 12 year old there for 30 minutes and came back to new people in the chairs and my son still hasn’t been braided. I tried to ask how much longer because there were several women waiting for service. The employees flat out ignored me. I had heard they were rude but now I know."
"Horrible service! I had a 4:30pm appointment. Get there and no one is there. I call them, owner answers and says she had to run out, but she will call me back in 30 minutes, and she will do my hair. I never got a call back. I called several times, and no answer, with a full mail box! Waited for an hour and a half before I left."
"Salma has been doing my hair for 15+ years. She is professional and takes care of her client's hair. If I could give her more than five stars I would, as she deserves it."
"I Will never be back. I am in the military and had small box braids, 5 of which were pink braids for my vacation, that needed to be switched back to my natural dark brown color, in order to meet regulations. I brought the hair with me to have this done. I took 4 of the braids out and the last one she used a small comb, combing over/ through the braid, ripping my hair to remove that braid.. Then, after the 5 small braids were complete, I began to take out money to pay, while watching me do this, I asked her how much & she looked in my hand and told me $20 which I was holding. Not friendly, rip off, and I will not be back. Ps) one of the 5 braids is unraveling currently."
