"Let’s clarify this for THE OWNER YOUR PEOPLE DID THIS NOT YOU . As for the man who came after me to wait for you for his tire I can’t say he was a nice guy too . Your man and your secretary were totally disinterested in engaging my issue . Again you can say I’m the only one in decades but this is the SRCOND time I’ve had unpleasant experience with you and surely will be the last for me or anyone I get to share with he’d you’d said anything different I may have thought different but clearly you didn’t want to take responsibility for your people in your absence ! So much for you ONLY BAD REVIEW . I will probably remove this review eventually now that I have YOUR ATTENTION ! But not till I’m satisfied you get the message either your in the business or your not my tire was clearly not a concern so it is what it is perhaps you need to have a staff meeting to remind your other two employees what you’re there for cause THEY WERNT THERE FOR ME WHEN YOU WERE AWAY ! Understand now ? Thanks for reading I only left this to be sure you knew what took place in your absence good luck still going to Al’s from now on he didn’t even charge me these people truly have a better business model ! Horrendous ! Bad attitude ! Really rude . Had a valve stem ona trailer tire crack with boat and trailer disabled I went to Sandy’s . They were recommended by another local as decent folk . Got there it was slow bays were empty bay door open . No one around …. So I enter the office speak to the elderly woman and explain I need a valve stem installed I’m stuck road side . She says well one tech is in the toilet and she’ll have to speak to him if he wants to do it ! So she says the other guys on a road test . So I’m resolved to wait naturally I assume that they’d get to me . Few minutes go by man comes out drying his hands and says idk if we can do this you’ll have to wait for the road test guy ! So I’m waiting and Waiting and thinking this place is dead this tech clearly is not remotely interested in fixing my valve stem or my money ! This is a local small business recommended to me by a friend ! After 15 mins of additional waiting I realized that I am not desirable foot traffic there’s a reason the lot and bays are empty and daylight is slipping fast and I have a tire that needs to go back on a trailer so I can finish towing it . I picked up my tire in silence tossed into my suv and headed down the road to “Al’s” service center see alls review from Me ! Do your self a favor drive right by Sandy’s and go direct to Al’s and be happy ! Sorry sandy this is the second time you treated me poorly and it was the last ! Never again . I’m a local guide remember this review next time a local is sent to you by a local friend . Oh wait maybe there won’t be a next time because your very busy competition down the street is busy for a reason and that’s where I’m going from now on ! Bye bye Dandy Sandy hello Al my new Pal !
