"I was a walk-in, I desperately needed new tires for my new (used) car because they were worn down to the steel wires. I was really anxious about driving the car and upset because I had just bought it and already needed to put down $800 on it. I am very grateful they took me in and managed to get the new tires in asap, on top of checking out the car for me and finding some other issues that needed to be addressed. They helped me take photos of the damaged tires and were very helpful. The experience made me feel a little better about my situation and I'm very grateful."

"I was told I needed new brake pads last week when I went for an oil change. I declined and had it checked out by another mechanic and was told my brakes were fine. While I was waiting for my oil change at least 2 other people were told the same thing. I wonder how many people were scammed that day. Shame on you the bill would have been $700 for nothing! You should not be allowed to be in business!"

"Purchased tires from Tire Rack online and had Mr Tire mount them a few months go. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. They offered $50 for the job. I thought it was a good deal until a Tech mentioned that I needed new tie rods (since there was play in the left front tire), spark plugs and a whole gamut of fluid replacements. I just wanted an oil change. I decided to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion. I’m glad I did. I took my car to Midnight Oil, highly recommended by a coworker. Turns out it’s not my tie rod but my left front axle. My tie rods were fine. Also I didn’t need spark plugs nor a coolant exchange, Tested fine. I did need new transmission fluid. He also mentioned that my left rear tire was mounted backwards. Lol Can you believe it? A tire place that can’t mount tires correctly. Lovely. Thank you Mr Tire for showing your true colors in trying to swindle customers who don’t need any required services. You may want to have your tech brush up on his ASE certifications."

"I went for an oil change while traveling back and forth from DC to the jersey shore. My one headlight was out. I brought the replacement bulb with me for them to install. Once they removed the old bulb they realized I bought the wrong bulb. They were able to get the correct bulb within a half hour and there were no issues. They didn't try to upset expensive and unnecessary add ons which i greatly appreciated."

"Easy and same day appointment booking available which is great and was finished within a half hour. However, it cost me 50$ for a REGULAR oil change. Regular. Not synthetic, nothing special. Won’t be back. I usually go to another place but they’re not open on Sundays. That place is 35$. Update: In addition, they did not check the fluids as the receipt claims they did because my windshield wiper fluid is empty. Don’t go here."
