"I was really disappointed with the customer service I recieved at this specific location. I bought a pair of bridal shoes. I had only worn them to try on dresses and the night before the event the buckle broke and was unable to use them. I brought them back to this location obviously disappointed to where the advised that they would "bring it to the cobbler down the street", with no ackolognement of the quality of shoes and acted as if I was an inconvience. Luckily they repaired the shoes but returned them to me in a plasic bag and then a dirty ripped cartboard bag and thats how I left the store. I was shocked. Given the price of the shoes and the service I was given I was extremely surprised that this is the service you receive from this type of brand. I collect luxury shoes and never received this type of service from any other brand."

"Great place in midtown How much do you need for men to be happy?? when his girlfriend is happy!!! All we need is clothing shopping for her, and great haircut and razor shave for me in midtown !!! Every Time then i visit my best barbers on 133 e 55 st, to get my signature haircut, while my lady is busy at Bloomingdale's and all great stores inside .She enjoy doing shopping for both of us. Everyone is happy. Because its just couple short blocks away from the barbershop i go to, and she loves how i look after . Love being in midtown east, near Saks OFF 5th, in Manhattan, you can get all you want if you know where to go lol ......"
