"The selection here is actually pretty good. I got okay service on the floor, as the staff was really just walking around, until I needed access to the fitting room. However, once I was ready, checkout was quick. It's in Herald Square, so it's convenient to the subway, as well as all the other shopping in the area. Always busy & bustling."

"Staff ruined the experience. Lazy, uninterested and very unfriendly. Staff standing playing with nails, no staff on the floor. And then one staff member checks for shoes in my size after I had to find someone to help me. Went from one staff member saying they didn’t have my size to another staff member saying they do. The lady who I paid with didn’t look up once or even say a word to me. Terrible customer service."

"I had a lovely shopping experience at this location. Everyone was extremely efficient, friendly and professional, while also being relatable and not pretentious at all. Karla was my cashier and she even made sure that my pair of shoes fit well and that they were a matching set. I was able to get in and out in about 5 minutes. It was painless and the store is very clean! Only minor complaint is the music is SOO loud when you enter through the escalator-so much so that I almost turned around to shop somewhere else. Overall, 5 stars for the staff, stock and cleanliness."
