"Excellent in every aspect. The greeting I received by all staff was authentic and with a genuine smile. Karen R made me feel welcomed as soon as I stepped into the waiting area. Registered Dental Hygienist, Karen S., was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I have never had a cleaning so thorough in all the years at my previous dental practice that I had gone to for over thirty years . I did not know what I had been missing. Every millimeter was scraped, flossed, wiped, polished . A complete gum assessment was done around each tooth front and back, using a standardized number system. The owner of the business the dentist, Dr. Cathy M.Andricask, was a complete “hands on and hands in” , (as in inside my mouth) kind of dentist. She reassessed the findings of the dental assistant, examining and comparing the feel of my teeth against the X-rays that were taken . A good fifteen minutes was dedicated to me by Dr Andricsak. She discussed several options for my issues and showed me photos which exhibited her concerns. She positioned herself in front of me while she was speaking to me to have good eye contact, which I feel is appropriate when doctors speak to their patients. Friendly, professional, excellent treatment, highly skilled , and so very thorough. Thank you to all. Highly recommend this staff and Dr. Andricsak."

"I love Dr. Andricsak’s office ! I had / have anxiety with seeing dentists (as many do) and had procrastinated with much needed dental work . Because of the wonderful staff and how personable Dr Andricsak is, I felt comfortable enough to get all of my dental work done this past year! Something I put off for quite some time ! I will speak very highly of her staff !! All very helpful, kind and always willing to take the extra time, whether it was pertaining to insurance issues or just talking to me in the dental chair making me feel comfortable and easing my anxiety. The office is very clean, warm and inviting. I love that it’s a small office and not cold conglomerate / assembly line. I’m glad I finally found a dentist in this area."

"My experience with Dr. Andricsack and her staff has been absolutely positive from the very first day. I had been in there quite a few times over the past year due to various dental issues and each time I visited, I was always treated kindly, informed about what treatment options were best. Because I needed so much work done, Dr. Andricsak worked with me on opening a line of credit and advising what were the most important issues to get done first so that I did not have to do them all at once.
