"Horrible Horrible place if I could give negative stars I would. Not only do they make u wait 6 months to see the orthopedic surgeon they cancel day of because the surgeon isn't gonna be there. Meanwhile I called SHORE FAMILY DENTAL got an appointment the same day. There fixing my teeth which my insurance is covering meanwhile eastern dental said my insurance wouldn't cover the same procedure n wanted me to pay 600$ cash. Don't ever go here they are Horrible people who only care about money. Also they treat you Horrible if u have a past its my past for a reason. Just a sad Horrible group of people."
"Did not enjoyed the way we were treated. I was attempting to communicate a concern and was interrupted and told ‘“she broke it” referring to my daughter’s braces brackets. I was attempting to say the the 2 rear ones seemed to have fallen in the first days of installation since she was having problems with the wire poking her cheeks. It is also important to be able to repair this issues a little quicker than the next appointment since she was in pain for several weeks until this follow up where I was not allowed to communicate. I chose not to continue the conversation because of the technician’s demeanor. I am very disappointed with that particular service."
