"I have been going here for quite a few years now. They are always pleasant to deal with. I have never had an issue with any of the staff. Dr. Ditchkus has always been very nice and accommodating to my needs. I have also gone to him for my tmd night guards everytime I need a replacement. He does the mold to send out and it comes back very quickly everytime."

"April 2, 2021 was the worst customer service ever received. The receptionist was rude on arrival. The reception have no respect or regard for military family members. I explained that my dependent ID was my insurance card. She didn't accept my response and proceeded to rudely ask me for my insurance cards. I examined that as a military dependent we do not get insurance cards but we do get dependent ID's with our insurance number posted on the back. She clearly was still not happy with my response and asked me for my husband's social security number and rudely said that she would have to call to find out my information. After she rudely responded to me I told her that I will call my insurance and get the information necessary. She did now like my response to her. I went outside made the phone call and was given guidance exactly how I gave the receptionist the information initially upon arrival. When I came back I let her know exactly what she needed and she still ask me to write it down. She clearly did not know what she was doing and with frustrated for that reason and took it out on me. She then handed me new patient paperwork and when I was filling it out she went to the back to talk about me to another call Coworker. She told her coworker how I was nasty to her and that I gave her an attitude which was not true. She then proceeded to curse and call me names F and B which I can't write on here (but you can piece it together). That was the last straw and I confronted her about it. I proceeded to let her know how unprofessional and rude that was to talk about a patient while they are in the waiting room. She could've had the decentsy to talk about me after I leave). I ripped my new patient paperwork and put it in my pocket and told them that I would not do business with them. The worst part was that the dentist was there and helped the receptionist collect clipboard and did not say a word. They have no respect for military families and no understanding of how the insurance works. Before going to this dentist I let them know what kind of insurance I had and that I did not have an insurance car so I have no idea why I was given so much attitude and disrespect. I would never do business with this establishment ever, even with an apology because it is not worth the aggravation. They have the worst customer service ever. Good luck to anyone who continues to do business with this dentistry practice but I would not give them my business or my money. Giving 1 star is too kind in my opinion, they don't deserve one."

"Very rude receptionist ... absolutely unprofessional in doing her job and the proper protocol before you coming into the office. Waste of time and money. Dentist tries to belittle and under mind your intelligence. Would NEVER recommend anyone to go there EVER! Only gave 1 star because I had to be able to post this."

"Happy with the service the dentist provided. But not with the way they process the bills or how they advise the patient bill was not paid. Instead of send an itemized bill to the patient they send an envelope and a sticker stating insurance paid and the amount due it's the patient share. Very unprofessional please check with the insurance before making any payments and request an itemized bill from the dentist so you can submit to the insurance as well just in case it has never been submiited by the dentist office. The rating is low not due to the service but due to the way they process and request payment for the service."
