"Horrible service department! I took my bronco in because I recently installed new ditch lights and when I opened the hood to access the wiring the cowl wasn't seated properly from the factory and it got caught on the edge of the hood. The hood lifted the cowl up and broke the clips that lock the cowl into place. It was the first time I had ever opened the hood so the cowl was obviously not aligned properly from the factory. When I took it in they said it wasn't covered because I installed the lights, assuming I broke the clips when I lifted the cowl to run the wiring. That was definitely not the case but they didn't believe me and would not cover the part. This was a factory defect that should have been covered and they wanted $270 to order the part. So much for the customer is always right! If they had been the first ones to pop the hood for service the same would have happened to them and they would have had to replace it themselves. The representative was very dismissive and did not try to be helpful at all. I thought about arguing more and asking to speak to a manager but I didn't feel it was worth the effort. I will order the part and replace it on my own. Unfortunately I have to keep taking my car there for service due to convenience of location but I'm not happy about it."

They happen to be one of the few dealers in the area that had one of the new powerstroke diesels and I wanted to take a look at one.
