"I had a pesky, intermittent problem with my car. John patiently diagnosed the problem and fixed it with premium parts. He even discovers another problem I wasn't even aware of. The car drives and rides better than it has in a good long while. The cost was very reasonable. What a great shop!"

"The only downside to this place is that parking is a little cramped. Otherwise, the service is outstanding, the prices are fair and the business is a straight-shooter. I've been waiting there for service being done on my car when others have walked in asking for some type of work to be done. He'll ask them why they think it's needed, and talk them out of unnecessary work if appropriate. I hold a lot of respect for this place."

"I would not recommend Berky's to anyone. I brought my VW there for new spark plugs. The mechanic: only replaced one plug, charged me for all five; broke the air intake shrouding, due to not removing it properly; did not put the hose clamp back on the intake hose. In the end, I feel I was ripped off and a terrible repair job was done to my car. I hope this review deters someone else from using Berky's service Unhappy customer, Matt"
