"All of my experiences getting my car serviced at BMW of Freehold have been excellent- especially during my last visit which required the replacement of my engine. My service rep, Greg, went above and beyond (as per usual) to ensure I understood exactly what needed to be done to my car and he did everything he could to be thorough and workout the best plan to get my car running again. Once my car was in the shop, Nuno, one of the BMW Master Technicians, took great care of my car and tackled an elaborate engine replacement with extreme skill and treated my car as if it was his own. Both the technicians and service reps. at BMW of Freehold are top notch and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for service!"

"I've been to other BMW service centers in the past but none of them come close to Freehold. Greg is excellent and will work hard with you to get items covered by warranty. I've now had two separate issues covered by my warranty saving me thousands of dollars. And the first issue required a lot of back and forth with the warranty company. Communication is also great, and there is no pressure applied to get recommended services done (but I definitely appreciate the insight from the multi point inspection results). Overall, great experience!"
