She demonstrated a complete disregard for listening to customer's needs. To make matters worse, QETI incompetence led to a disastrous outcome. My hair was bleached so severely that it got burned. The damage caused was beyond repair, leaving me devastated and with a head of hair in ruins. It's absolutely unacceptable for a professional to mishandle such a basic procedure. I urge people not to be fooled by the seemingly beautiful posts on Facebook, just like I was. The deceptive facade conceals the reality of their lack of expertise and care.
