"Very nice salon; however, eyebrows master Diana is providing very poor service. I had an appointment for eyebrows correction +tinting with henna and eyelashes tinting at 5 p.m., at 5:10 p.m. she said she finished and I have to pay $70. I was speechless and just left. Of course all results were gone in few days and it was complete waste of money. Very disappointed with her unprofessional service."

"I came for a facial this past friday and unfortunately it was not up to my expectations. I originally booked for a $130 facial. The specialist was adamant that I need the $170 facial since it has extractions and she will clean my face nicely. I told her multiple times im not interested in spending so much money but she kept pushing me and I agreed to do it. Now to the facial. She did not do a single extraction or steam my face. I was very upset because the reason I payed a higher price was to get extractions. Online it states that this $170 facial includes “deep pore cleansing”. There was not a single pore cleansed. Now at the end of the facial, when she put on already the third mask she started cleaning the room with some chemical spray. I appreciate they sanitize the room but it is not something done when there is a client there. I did not like the smell of the chemicals and it was clear she was rushing to leave so she was cleaning while I was still there. Then when everything was finished, and I was dressing up, usually you are left in the room to dress up in private. She did not leave so she could continue cleaning so I had to change in front of her. Honestly not what I expected from a high end salon charging $170. I would not recommend this place for facials."

"Came in for the first time this morning for a blow out for my courthouse wedding ceremony. I had an excellent experience. First of all, the chairs at the hair wash sink has MASSAGERS. It was so nice. I wish I got the woman’s name who did my hair, she was absolutely lovely. She did a great job, I am very satisfied. The salon itself is so clean and beautiful."
