"This has been the worst hair experience of my life . My natural hair has been completely ruined/damaged at this salon. My hair texture completely changed after coming here, I had to cut off 4 inches of hair due to the heat damage . . I highly don’t recommend coming here if you have natural hair (4type ) they use way to much heattt and then try to blame the customer for the damages . Prior to booking my appointment I asked if the stylist as experience with African American hair type .. she lied and said “yes.. 22 years of experience “. Even though it’s clear she doesn’t have adequate experience with different hair types and porosity types. The stylist uses ONE straightening technique for everyone’s hair (1A-4C ) This is establishment is absolutely unprofessional and provides atrocious services !! STAY FAR AWAY ."
