"I hate to leave a bad review but I honestly am so disappointed. I’m writing a review a month later, and my only intention is to warn other potential customers. I told joseph specifically how I wanted my hair highlighted and how I wanted it cut. He totally ignored me. When I told him it was not the correct color he tried fixing it but made it even worse. On top of everything he told me that the charges were going to be $300 but in the end he charged me $350 claiming that he had to do a correction and that he used a “mask“ on my hair. At no point did I ask for a mask or did he ask if I wanted one. Additionally Joseph was very distracted. He pays attention to other customers that come in and tries multitasking. I was so disappointed by his work that I ended up buying a box of dye and coloring my hair on my own."

"This is my 1st time going there and I’m telling you. it was worth every penny. Joseph he’s amazing. I had blonde hair I went there to dye my hair black and cut it and it came out so pretty. He has a lot of knowledge. He so kind and polite and just made me feel so comfortable. Any questions or concerns I had was answered. The salon has a beautiful atmosphere. Very clean and modern. I will be definitely coming back again. Thank you Joseph."

"Overpriced for the service they provide and materials they use. Often stylist works with a few clients at the same time, which makes the whole process messy and chaotic (I don’t mind, but then lower the price), and you wait 15-20 mins with wet hair while stylist is on another client. Very small choice of brands in coloring and treatments. Didn’t ask me if I want to style my hair for additional $25, yet charged them. And another thing, definitely they have no idea how to treat very damaged hair. Or don’t care. I’m thinking second. Hot blow out, harsh strokes with brushes and very clumsy washing process. I would say everything is kinda clumsy, from them understanding what you want and until price calculations. Not coming back, thanks for robbing my pocket."
