Then they will laugh about burning you and try to get under your skin - they don’t talk to you, they talk through you to others making fun of you and laugh at you as if it was a circus and they have created a freak out of the customer. The owner is evil horrid lady, she lies non-stop - seems sociopathic - maybe that’s why so often they burn scalps and foreheads.."

"My stylist Emily did a great job blowing out my hair she didn’t burn my scalp once, but 3 days later when I washed my hair only half my hair became curly again the other half stayed straight and smelled burned. My hair is naturally very curly and I straightened it for a special occasion and I could not regret it more. If you have curly hair and you want to temporarily straighten your hair I would not suggest going here."
