"I'm the owner of a reputable tree service here in town (Aberdeen), and my residency is also located directly across the highway from Aberdeen Light Truck. All im here for is to give you my fair, and honest opinion based off what I've witnessed myself of this establishment over the many of years I've bin here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Very unfriendly people. Absurd conduct.... rude attitude when speaking to their customers, very misleading and misinforming about even the smallest things you ask them about. They take triple the amount of time to make repairs that normally wouldn't take so long just so they can kill people with price on labor. They also charge double for parts, and wont allow you to bring your own. Also watch out for their "state inspection guy" dot who hangs out in the same lot waiting to find the right truck who comes in there to make a good candidate to issue expensive violations to; and I'm almost certain it's an inside operation they're running with the shop, because the inspection guy has no business being there.. I constantly see him hiding out over there throughout the years I've bin here even before I opened my business. Everyone keep your eye on those guys. The lady who answers the phone... she's the last person you ever want to deal with when it comes to customer service; she does not care about anything you have to say; shows total disregard to any and all issues that arise.. has zero concern about any consumer affairs. She has lack of knowledge in auto repair, and lacks knowledge in reception as well. This is not the kind of business you want to deal with. Save your money, and bring it next door to Rt 35 Auto Tire, or Vitale Motors (located 2 mile down rt 35) where you will atleast be able to have a normal conversation with people. Stay away from this place. The service is not worth it, nor is the money or time."

"Horrible service, Brought in a jeep for a clutch alignment issue that caused a broken shaft. 25 miles later same part broken and told its a modified vehicle no warranty. Thank you for nothing but stealing my money. Wish you can give less than one star"
