"Went for a first oil change on 11/13/23, without making appointment. (My oil change was also two months overdue). Spoke to Very Nice Lady, Service Adviser, Stephanie, who informed me the service, since its the first one, will be performed for free. (!) The place is very clean and super professional. While i was enjoying a complementary coffee and granola snacks, the oil and filter change, multipoint inspection and tire rotation was performed expeditiously. In 20 minutes or so, having paid 0 dollars, i was out on my way in a car that was also washed for free and i even received a "Thank You" e-mail. No, Thank You Guys!! Amazing."
