"Avoid this place! The employee there disrespected my friend and cursed at her. We were told they would mount our tires and when we drove a far distance to get there, they said nope not doing it. Absolutely no reason for this. He was not interested in doing his job and wanted to get home he told us!! Arrogant and rude!! Of course we were upset. The employee proceeded to said a phrase no man should say to a woman, no matter. Unprofessional and unreliable! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Look at the 1-star reviews! They will help you avoid your posting your own 1-star!! I wish I did!!"

"Just moved to the area and first time at this location. Billy is awesome! Had a 12pm appointment and came about 10 mins early, was attended to right away and he took the time to explain the job being done to my car and quoted me a great price for everything being done. Hearing Billy, Kelly and the other staff answer calls and tend to others in such a pleasant manner is a breath of fresh air! My go-to from now on for sure!"

"I had such a great experience at the Mavis located in Keyport, NJ. I had an appointment at 8am for a wheel alignment and I was seen right away! The job only took about 45 minutes to an hour which was great since I waited there in their lobby. I was greeted by Andrew and he was extremely nice and welcoming. I also had a conversation with Billy and he was also extremely nice and welcoming as well. The workers and atmosphere at this location was great! I highly recommend getting service at this location."
