"I have very straight hair with no body.The flat, lifeless look had to go but I hadn't had a perm or professional haircut for years. I took a chance and booked an appointment at JCPenney. Hair stylist Frank gave me a wonderful haircut and perfect perm. My hair is tricky because it sticks out like a paint brush if the cut or curls aren't done perfectly. My hair has been looking great since my appt a couple of weeks ago and I do not have to do anything except wash and air dry. Frank is an outstandingly skilled hair stylist and I am so pleased with the well shaped haircut and great perm he gave me. Thank you to Frank for the impressive service."

"Leaving a separate review because today I was styled by Klementina, who just like Alla, is an absolute master of her craft. Klementina takes the time to carefully explain the proper care of your hair and gets to know her clients. She removes all anxiousness and makes you feel right at home. From the moment you walk in, you know you are in good hands. She mixes the color and gloss/glaze to perfection (today was Jet Black after previously being Medium Brown) and gets exactly the color you ask for (but makes it look even better than you could have dreamed of when you asked!!!). She trims and curls and gets the perfect soft shiny texture that has you leaving there feeling on top of the world. But best of all, she has you smiling the entire time with her genuine goodhearted nature and compassion. I love Klementina and Alla and look forward to coming back any time!"
